-Yes, we do accept Abstract/full papers/Poster Paper for publication. Prospective authors can submit their Abstract/full papers/Poster Paper, for conference publication by Email OR through the ONLINE system link provided at the conference page. The acknowledgement of paper submission will be confirmed via e-mail within three working days. 2)Where can I find instructions for paper composition?
The Template Instruction and Template can be found in the main conference page at each conference website.
3) Is there any page length limit for conference papers?
-The formatted final short research papers should be 6 pages long, extra pages will be charge more at the rate of USD 30 per extra page.
4) Where are the conference proceedings/Journal articles indexed in?
All registered papers will be submitted to be Indexed in CNKI, Google Scholar, DOI - CrossRef and citeseer and also submitted to by some specific indexing services, such as SCOPUS/Thomson ISI for possible Indexing after certain time period with additional charges that will be told at the time of acceptance of SCOPUS Journal.
5) What is the length of Oral Paper Presentation?
-Each Technical Presentation is approximately 12-15 Minutes including Discussions.
6) What kind of technical equipment is provided for paper ORAL presentation at the conference?
-Laptop/Notebook
-LCD Data Projector
-USB Flash Drive - Memory
-PowerPoint Presentation Remote with Laser Pointer
-MS PowerPoint
-Acrobat Reader Software
(if you also have the audio/video then it is recommended that you email that in advance so that at the time of the conference there should not be any compatibility issue)
7) Is there a Poster Paper Presentation Session?
-Yes, the Poster Papers are included in the Poster Presentation Sessions and the paper will be published in printed Conference Proceedings as well as in CD. The same paper will also be online with the other papers of the conference. All poster participnats should prepare their printed poster of of A1-portrait Size so that the same acn be displayed during poster session at the time of Conference.
8) What does the conference registration fees includes?
a- Author Registration:
The author conference registration fees include Paper Presentation, Proceedings Volume Part (where your paper is published), Proceedings' Pen Drive/CD, Certificate of Participation as Attendance to all the Sessions, Conference Program, Name Tag, and Folder. In addtion to that papers as well as Pen/Pencil will be provided on the day of presentation
As per the conference program, the Lunch and Coffee Breaks are offered by EAP as free of charge.
b- Listener Registration:
The listener conference registration fees include Printed Proceedings, Proceedings' CD, Attendance to all Sessions, Conference Program, Name Tag, Certificate of Attendance and Folder.

9) How can I get an official letter of invitation for the conference attendance?
-EAP Invitation letter is provided on request by authors or other participants. But, please specify at the time of submission that who will register and attend the conference as ONLY the regsitered person can attend the conference.
-EAP Official letter of invitation will be provided as a soft copy via e-mail posting,
-Visa process generally takes time, and the authors should take care of their own applications. EAP won't guarantee the potential authors can obtain the VISA, and won't refund the registration fee after the deadline.
10) When can I get the receipt of conference registration fees?
-The printed receipt for conference registration is issued at the conference registration desk. If anybody like to have the receipt before the conference then please email to the conference secretary for the email of the Receipt.
11) Should I stay at the conference hotel?
-No. You need not to stay at the conference hotel
-For proper /or cheaper accommodation options, you are free to search hotel booking websites. The conference secretary can also suggest you some economic options.
12) Do you arrange accommodation and traveling services for the conference participants?
No, the conference participants should arrange their own accommodation and traveling services as per their budget and convenience the cost of accommodation is NOT included in the registration fee as mentioned on the website.
13) How can I organize a workshop in conjunction with the conference?
-Prospective workshop organizer should contact EAP at support@eares.org to receive the approval for workshop session
-If workshop proposal is approved by EAP, the workshop organizer should provide the title, topics, program committee members of the workshop
-Workshop organizer is exempt from the conference registration fees
14) How can I organize a special session in conjunction with the conference?
